   Welcome to NIIVRAI APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED (“NIIVRAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), and your purchase of products from us via the Site. By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or place an order.
2. Eligibility
   You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this Site and place an order.
3. Orders, Acceptance & Availability
   
   • All orders placed through the Site are subject to product availability and acceptance by NIIVRAI.
   • An order confirmation email is only acknowledgement of receipt of your order; acceptance of the order and formation of a contract happens when we dispatch the product.
   • We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing or typographical errors, suspected fraud, or errors in product information.
4. Pricing & Payment
   
   • All prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   • Payment must be made via the payment methods listed on the Site. We use third-party payment gateways. We do not assume responsibility for errors or failures from those payment service providers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
   
   • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
   • Delivery times depend on your location and courier partner; tracking information will be provided when the product ships.
   • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
   
   • Returns are accepted within 3 days of the product being delivered to you (unless a different period is specified).
   • To be eligible for return: the item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
   • Items purchased on sale or under special discounts may be excluded from return eligibility (unless explicitly stated).

    • The courts in Jalandhar, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
12. Severability & Entire Agreement
    
    • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NIIVRAI regarding the subject matter herein and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
