Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how NIIVRAI APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED (“NIIVRAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles order cancellations, refunds, and related requests.

  1. Order Cancellation
    i) Cancellation Before Dispatch
    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
    • To request cancellation, contact us at sales@niivrai.com or +91 7719661001 with your order number.
    • If approved, the cancellation confirmation will be shared via email.
    ii) Cancellation After Dispatch
    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    • You may, however, request a return after receiving the product (as per NIIVRAI Return Policy).
  2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

    • Order cancelled before dispatch
    • Paid order returned and approved after quality check
    • Order not delivered due to logistics failure
    • Damaged or defective product received (must be reported within 24 hours with proof)

    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
    • Minor color differences due to lighting/screen resolution
    • Products damaged due to misuse or wear & tear
    • COD shipping fees (if applicable)
  3. Refund Process
    • Once your returned item is received, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC) which takes 2–3 business days.
    • If QC is approved: A refund will be initiated to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
    • If QC fails: The item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
  4. Refund Timeline
    • Prepaid Orders: 3–7 business days after QC approval
    • Bank Transfer Refunds: 3–5 business days after initiation
    • Store Credit Refunds: Issued instantly after approval
    Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
  5. Non-Refundable Items

    The following items are not eligible for refunds:

    • Gift cards
    • Items sold under final sale / clearance
    • Products returned without original tags or packaging
    • Items showing signs of use, damage, or odor
  6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video/photos of the package and product

    We will provide a replacement or refund (as applicable) after inspection.

  7. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeline:

    • Recheck your bank/payment provider.
    • Contact your bank for pending processing.
